✔ Adults (Ages 18 and above) - $100
✔ Family membership maximum** - $350
✔ Enrollment fee: $150 one time enrollment per family.
(Enrollment fee waived for first 50 members)

✔ Direct access to your doctor via phone, text and quicker response time
✔ Highly discounted labs
✔ Basic office procedures: like pap smears, skin procedures, joint injections included***
***some procedures may have added costs like pathology or testing costs, to be discussed, with all cost upfront prior to procedures
Non Member services:
✔ Circumcision: $300
✔ Joint Injections: $150
✔ Skin tags, warts, biopsy: $70
✔ Removal of IUD or nexplanon
✔ Naprotechnology Initial consultation: $200
✔ Naprotechnology follow up: $150
