Creighton Model Fertility Care System (CrMS) is a standardized method of tracking fertility that utilizes your bodies own biomarkers to identify times of fertility and infertility. It was created in 1978 modified from the Billings ovulation method and takes away the mystery from a woman’s menstrual cycle, allowing a couple to have the information they need to avoid or achieve pregnancy.

It is based on this standardized method of charting biomarkers that the new field of women’s health called Natural Procreative Technology was born. To learn the CrMS effectively, a woman works very closely with a CrMS FertilityCare Practitioner who holds your hands and follows you closely to ensure you understand and feel confident in learning this new science.

Natural Procreative Technology (NaProTechnology) is a beautiful approach to taking care of gynecological conditions by unraveling the underlying cause of the conditions and seeking to directly correct them.
